Donations

Donation Terms

When you make a donation through our Site:

• Donations are processed securely through Stripe and Clerk.com

• Recurring donations can be managed or cancelled through your donor portal
• We reserve the right to refuse or return any donation at our discretion

Tax Deductibility

Blue Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your specific situation.

Event Registration and Programs

When you register for an event or program:

• Registration is subject to availability and eligibility requirements
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule events
• Participants must follow all safety guidelines and rules
• We are not liable for injuries that occur during events
• Registration information is kept confidential and used only for program administration

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blue Kids or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
