Registration Assistant
Support anonymous registration at events—check-in families, distribute equipment, answer questions.
Requirements:
- • Friendly demeanor
- • Respect for privacy and anonymity
- • Available for 2-3 hours on event days
Day-of Support
Assist with event setup, equipment distribution, parent communication, and facility coordination.
Requirements:
- • Flexible schedule (quarterly events only)
- • Background check
- • Team player attitude
Professional Coaches Hired
We hire certified professional coaches for all events
How It Works
The Blue Kids hires professional, certified coaches to lead all quarterly sports events. We compensate coaches fairly for their expertise and time. This ensures high-quality instruction and consistency across all events.
- ✓ Professional Quality: All coaches are certified and experienced with youth athletes
- ✓ Fair Compensation: Coaches are paid competitive rates for event instruction
- ✓ Quarterly Schedule: Coaches work 2-4 hour sessions, 4 times per year per sport
- ✓ Group Instruction: Coaches lead clinics with multiple kids, building skills and teamwork
